Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as expansion of an interdisciplinary team
- Management and oversight of innovation and technology management projects for our clients
- Design, preparation, and execution of training programs and workshops on innovation and technology management topics
- Independent acquisition of projects and new clients, as well as expansion and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Further development of methods, services, and products to optimize our consulting portfolio
- Identification of new trends and market developments, e.g., through participation in industry events, trade fairs, and conferences
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in innovation and technology management, ideally in a consulting environment
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition in the B2B sector, combined with a strong network in relevant industries
- Solid experience in project management as well as in leading and developing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-initiative, and a strong customer orientation
- Business-fluent German and English skills, as well as a willingness to travel.
