Why it matters?
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is omnipresent. Whether you're reading the newspaper, watching TV, listening to a podcast, or sitting in a business meeting, there's a good chance that GenAI will be mentioned at some point. GenAI is here to stay. And as a company that has to survive on the market, there is no way around dealing with GenAI. In the meantime, many companies are already working intensively with GenAI. You probably also have some ideas and use cases in mind where GenAI could help. Or even too many? You don't know where to start?
You're not alone - but it's not that easy. Which GenAI use case is best to start with? How do I get started? Do I take a ready-to-use solution off the shelf, or do I use a modular system but customize it to my individual needs? How can I best include my own data without making it accessible to large cloud providers? What is the best way to involve my own employees in this process?
We know these questions well enough - but we have answers to each of these questions. Together, we analyze which use cases make the most sense for you based on your resources, data, infrastructure, etc., and how to best implement them to quickly move beyond an initial proof of concept and create real added value.
Project Outline
1. Alignment Call
The start is an initial alignment meeting to lay the groundwork for our upcoming workshop. During this meeting, we will determine the scope of the workshop and set the agenda. We will also explore your previous experience with Artificial Intelligence. Employees interested in AI from your organization will be given access to our on-demand training on the essentials of AI. You are also invited to participate in our INC Community Events to network with like-minded people from innovative companies.
2. GenAI Workshop
Based on your preferences, the main workshop can be held on-site for one day or virtually over two half days, involving all key stakeholders. In the workshop, we will discuss, select, and evaluate GenAI use cases with high potential for your company. We'll particularly focus on examining the business and technological viability of these use cases. Our team will help you choose appropriate GenAI strategies and aid you in crafting a strategic roadmap.
Following the workshop, we'll perform a technology scouting to find the best GenAI tools and solution providers for implementing a selected use case.
3. Q&A & Follow-up Session
A follow-up meeting will be arranged to evaluate the progress made and address any questions that arose after the workshop. Together we discuss possible next steps to ignite the AI turbo.
